SHOCK’N THE PARK | June 26th @ 12pm-3pm | Liberty Station
Culture Shock San Diego annually hosts a free one-day public event, Shock’N The Park, which is a community performance designed to provide an up close and personal experience with Hip Hop dance.
Shock’N The Park is held in a central location and is a day of celebrating and supporting local Hip Hop dance troupes and groups. This year the event will be held at Liberty Station, North Promenade (across from The Lot) on Sunday June 26th. At noon a freestyle open-floor will warm up dancers and audience members in preparation for an hour of performances by Hip Hop dance groups between 1pm-2pm. Post performances, the dance floor will open up to all who would like to exercise their dance moves.
Culture Shock San Diego is excited to return to its annual Shock’N The Park event where we can uplift and celebrate each other while honoring the roots and journey of Hip Hop dance.
